Customized Cleaning Plans

Service details, frequency, and pricing will be outlined in your service agreement or estimate.

Booking & Scheduling

Appointments may be scheduled by phone, email, or through our website.

Customers agree to provide accurate business information, access instructions, and any special cleaning requirements before the scheduled service.

While we make every effort to arrive on time, occasional delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.

Pricing & Payment

Pricing is based on factors including:

Facility size
Type of business
Cleaning frequency
Scope of work
Additional requested services

Payment is due according to the terms stated on your invoice or service agreement.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, electronic payments, and other approved payment methods.

Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations & Rescheduling

To maintain efficient scheduling:

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
If CleanFlow Solutions must reschedule a service, we will notify you promptly and arrange a new service date.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

Providing safe access to the facility
Ensuring utilities (electricity and water) are available during service
Securing confidential documents, cash, valuables, and sensitive equipment
Informing us of restricted areas or special cleaning instructions

If our team cannot access the facility at the scheduled time, additional service charges may apply.

Service Limitations

For safety reasons, we do not perform:

Biohazard cleanup
Mold remediation
Hazardous chemical cleanup
Pest removal
Heavy lifting or moving large furniture or equipment
Repairs or maintenance work

Additional specialty services may be available upon request.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is our priority.

If you are not completely satisfied with our work, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will inspect the concern and, when appropriate, return to re-clean the affected area at no additional charge.

Liability & Insurance

CleanFlow Solutions maintains general liability insurance.

We are not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by faulty fixtures, unstable furniture, or defective equipment
Items not disclosed as fragile or requiring special care

Customers should notify us before service if any areas require special handling.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in accordance with Illinois law.
