Regular home cleaning
Deep cleaning
Move‑in / Move‑out cleaning
Customized cleaning requests

3. Booking & Scheduling

Appointments must be scheduled in advance via phone, email, or our website.
We will make every effort to arrive within the scheduled time window, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Pricing & Payment

Service prices are based on the type, size, and condition of your home, as well as any add‑on services you request.
Payment is due according to our payment terms, which may include payment upon booking or upon completion of service as indicated on your invoice or confirmation.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

To provide the best service and scheduling flexibility:

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made after this window may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposits paid.

6. Access & Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide safe, unobstructed access to your home at the scheduled time.
Please secure pets and remove fragile or valuable items from work areas prior to service.

7. Service Limitations & Expectations

While we strive for excellence, certain high‑risk, hazardous, or specialty tasks may be excluded unless otherwise agreed upon:

Heavy lifting beyond standard cleaning
Biohazard or unsafe cleaning

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with any area we’ve cleaned, please notify us within 24 hours of service, and we will re‑clean the affected areas at no additional charge.

9. Liability & Insurance

CleanFlow Solutions LLC carries general liability insurance.
We are not responsible for pre‑existing damage or deterioration.
